___________Moon Gazing___________

This picture was taken with my cannon through a telescope. Every time I look at the moon I wonder how many people have stared at the moon in despair... Jesus, Gandhi, Buddha and all the hopeful lovers and helpless loners out there. It brings some weird peace to me, and gives me faith. Everything will be okay. Everything will be groovy.

Then I think, will my son look at the moon frightened someday like I do? I guess I can only hope he doesn't. And if he does, I hope he gets some relief knowing every being on earth who can see has looked at it... many of them in their most desperate hour.
